Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders of $65 or more.
• Standard shipping: $9.99 on orders under $65. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days after they ship.

Processing time

Orders ship from Long Island, New York, within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Team orders

Larger team orders may need a little extra time to pack. If you need kits by a certain date, contact us before you order and we'll do our best to make it work.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll try to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out.
